Background of Work in the Balkans Among our former activities in Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina was transporting and delivering tons of humanitarian aid (clothes, shoes, food, medicine, school supplies, toys etc) to refugee camps, orphanages, hospitals and other institutions during the period of political strife that the former Yugoslavia was emerging from. Our musical therapy programs for post-war trauma were well received by children throughout the war-torn area. In Bosnia, we presented Mine Awareness programs in coordination with SFOR, as well as Drug Prevention programs at schools, holding monthly birthday parties for groups of underprivileged children, and a computer literacy course at a Red Cross center. Our presentations continue to be offered free of charge and so we depend on the help and generosity of concerned individuals and organizations. Programs and humanitarian
