Family Care Cambodia is honored to assist the Cambodian Special Olympic Committee in hosting the annual Special Olympic Games for intellectually challenged children.

Since 2007, we have partnered with the Cambodian Special Olympic Committee each year to host athletic competitions at the national Olympic Stadium for intellectually challenged children from around the country. We have organized the donation, delivery and distribution of free lunch, snacks and drinks for all participating children, care-givers and parents, thanks to the generosity of local sponsors and businesses.

Each year the success of the Special Olympic games are a tribute to teamwork and partnership! For the children, it’s a thrilling experience to join together for organized games and races, be cheered on by enthusiastic spectators, and receive medals for their efforts.

A highlight of each year’s games, has been to sit in the shade of the Olympic Stadium bleachers and enjoy a nutritious complimentary meal.
