Terminally Ill Survivor Support Network

FCE works with cancer patients and medical staff at hospitals and other institutions, providing stimulating entertainment for the young patients, and motivational training for the staff. FCE helped establish and implement a monthly Survivor Cancer Support Group at one hospital.

The goal is to help patients to deal with their emotional struggles while going through their treatment–especially children ages 3-15, as well as support their parents during this traumatic time.

FCE provides motivational entertainment on a regular basis to young cancer patients, using puppets, clown acts, interactive songs and games. FCE also hosts birthday parties for terminally ill patients, wherever possible identifying and fulfilling these children’s heartfelt wishes.

Additionally, young cancer survivors are motivated and coached to prepare performances, skits and dances with the positive theme of overcoming cancer.
