Weekly, since 1995, a team from FCI joins staff members of the National Narcotics Board (BNN) in assisting drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation.

FCI volunteers teach English language skills and basic computer to those in rehab as well, along with providing personal and group counseling. Due to the increase of program participants at BNN in 2009, our English class doubled in size.
