Values in Education -- “Timeless Values in a Changing World”

Values in Education is a program for children which addresses the need for moral science, character education as well as English instruction. The program consists of a unique library of materials along with a developed curriculum, incorporating teachers training workshops and acquiring sponsorship. This five part program is designed to have maximum reach through existing institutions and schools dedicated to the care and education of underprivileged children.

Community Services

Literacy Project During 2008/09 we generated sponsorship for eleven REAP centers, as well as obtained a ‘Values in Education’ Library for this institution. In addition to this we networked with a company facilitating the adoption of one REAP center which is successfully running today. During this time of collaboration, FSI directly helped more than 300 slum children and raised/donated in sponsorship, funds and educational material worth US $6,330.
