Immediate Disaster Relief (IDR), a project of Family Care Foundation, was set up to airlift humanitarian relief to countries outside the USA where natural disasters have taken place.

The goal is that relief, in the form of medical supplies, water and supplies, blankets, tarps, and clothing, arrives within 72 hours of a natural disaster.

The distribution of the supplies is designed to be a collaborative effort between Family Care Foundation and other agencies and aid workers, arriving in the given country via chartered cargo planes.
