Leadership Training
at Juvenile Delinquent Centers
Esahn Family Assistance conducts
a Leadership Training course at different institutions
for young people, where many of the patrons may
be natural born leaders, but often have just never
been pointed in the right direction with their
talents.

job possibilities.

Coordinating Charitable
Efforts
We are sometimes approached by donors
looking for a good investment for their charitable
donation. For example, recently a ladies group
asked us to help them find a good cause.
So we recommended the construction
of a simple cafeteria at an extremely poor school
about 30 kilometers from here. Prior to this,
the children had had no place to eat their lunch
so they ended up just sitting around on the ground
or any spot they could find on the school premises.
The school administration officials
who we spoke with confirmed this as their greatest
need. So the donors visited and we undertook coordinating
the construction, locating the best price for
all the materials needed, co-ordinating the different
phases of the construction, as well as visiting
the construction site while the work was underway
to make sure that everything was going well.
