Bible
basics, and application of Bible principals
Without interfering with an individual's religious upbringing, the basis
of our Bible program is "Our Relationship with God". We encourage
each to establish a personal relationship with Christ through prayer.
We have learned that only by cultivating a spiritual life and focus on
strengthening the personal moral character, can these positive changes
endure the tests up ahead.
The goal of these efforts is to provide a range of services directly or
through collaboration with other agencies, specifically those working
to protect and treat children and young people who have been, or who are
at risk of being, subjected to mistreatment, abandonment, neglect, sexual
abuse or exploitation, etc. These services include the following:
- Treatment and counseling
- Prevention and education activities
- Information and referrals
- Crisis intervention & individual assessments
- Follow-up support
- Food, clothing, medical care, or other services that children and
youth need (offered either directly or by referral) Individual, group,
and family counseling
- Recreation programs
- Outreach targeting both children and youth who may need assistance
searching for help from other public or private agencies that work with
youth and families
- Camps or seminars - Training courses
- Survival aid
