Making the World a Better Place ("Fazendo do Mundo Um Lugar Melhor" in Portuguese) provides assistance and services for abandoned children.

Making the World a Better Place collaborates with Dona Marina at Lar Mundo da Crianca orphanage, Making the World a Better Place also coaches a soccer school where boys aged 9-16 receive personal coaching, uniforms, plus one-on-one counseling. Making the World a Better Place was instrumental in sponsorship of needed improvements in the facility, including locker rooms and shower facilities, the construction of a beach soccer court, complete with fencing.

Making the World a Better Place also organizes Sunday school classes and activities, and provide food & clothing and audio-visual educational materials to the needy.
