Touch Taiwan undertook a number of initiatives amongst underprivileged families and individuals in Taipei, including:
- Free English language courses, as preparation for enhanced job placement and career choice.
- Assistance and needs for the poor and institutionalized.
- Outreach and counseling.

Our mission work caters to all members of society, including individuals from the business sector, as well as young professionals who look to us to provide counseling, spiritual support, materials and moral guidance.
Touch Taiwan also works to provide physical and emotional assistance to needy individuals and families, working a number of organizations to sponsor gifts such as toys, recreational equipment, educational material, food and other items to those in need.
We assist children of low-income families with consistent and exemplary English education that would not otherwise be available to them due to the economic status of their families. This will improve the quality of life of not just the children themselves, as due to Taiwan’s close knit family structure, the children’s education is directly linked to the economic standing of their family unit. Therefore, our efforts have the potential to eventually benefit their families and communities greatly.
